This is how I make nasi lemuni. Actually it is a 'Nasi Lemak' and the only difference is I added some extract of the lemuni leaves.
Lemuni leaves. Cut into small pieces and blend. Then extract the juice (tapis ler)
This is salted queenfish (ikan talang kering). Fry just a moment to put into sambal tumis.
Wash rice, put in onion, ginger and pepper. Add on coconut milk, lemuni leaves extract, pandan leaves and a pinch of salt. Ready to cook.
The finished products. Nasi lemuni and sambal tumis and also hard-boiled egg. A very simple dish you can eat for breakfast or any other time. :)
