Every bread has its story. That's what I find amusing at this bakery. However, I'm not sure if the muffin comes with a story as well... hmm don't think I've seen one. However, here's the blueberry muffin I bought, priced at RM3 each. Looks small, but enough to make me feel really full after eating it. So as for the muffin, it's just a history, but I managed to snap it's photo before it's gone for good.

A nice meal at Restoran Rumah Thai

We have found a new eating place recently. I guess it might have opened for about a year now, maybe. The place is called Restoran Rumah Thai. Of course you could imagine what's being served, just upon hearing it's name. Dishes in their menu include a variety of tom yam, kerabu mangga, of course, squids, prawns, chicken and beef cooked to your choice of dishes. I have tried their buttered prawns, and also paprik prawns. Not bad at all. A small bowl of tomyam costs about RM4.90 and a plate of rice is RM1.50. My favourite dessert is sago pudding.

The ambience is very nice as well. It's very cosy, suitable for family gathering. Check this place out, especially if you love tom yam very much!

I have been very tired lately. Got sleepy at work as well. So I have to get moving at times so as not to allow myself to doze off to sleep at my desk.

After work, I wish I could do lots of things. Clear all the mess, tidy up things, throw away my sons broken toys which I accidently stepped on sometimes. Ouch! But most of the time I could only do half of what I wish I could do before I finally slumped on the couch and not long after, became unaware of whatever happening around me.. hmm I guess I need to exercise a bit. I need to watch what I eat as well. Hope I can spend quality time with my family, especially my kids.

Hmm~~ so sleepy now.
Meanwhile, can't resist posting some cute photos. These could keep me awake. :)

Some people have been asking us when we are going to invite them over to our house for 'open house'. Last year we had one. This year I don't feel great in term of spirit and energy so maybe if I organize one, I will invite only a few selected family friends. Reasons for me being tired is due to the fact that these days we have been doing a lot of travel and my hubby is also busy at work, sometimes he has to work until late and also there are functions he has to get involved in. During weekends sometimes we have my sister in law coming to stay so I had to do the cooking so it was no-rest for me also.

This weekend is unlikely too. Since I'm looking forward to do some 'spring' cleaning. Need to wash the bathrooms, wash the cushion covers and tidy up my kids' room. Their room is supposed to be their bedroom as well but they only use is as playroom, whereas they prefer to sleep on the couch in front of the tv and watch cartoons until wee hours in the morning; many times leaving the tv on until me or my hubby switch it off. So, perhaps next week is the best time to organize an 'open-house'. But of course, for selected friends only and upon approval by my hubby.

Last weekend we took my sis in law for a trip to CH. Since she had been asking us when we're taking her, and also we don't want to postpone our promise to the next year. This time I discovered too that my newly
activated GPRS phone could take photos and send to my email as well. (Actually I should be able to use USB cable from my handphone to my pc but when I tried to transfer files, only the first time was a success. Maybe there's something wrong with the cable?)

I also include some photos we took during our trip to the highland.

on short note : I'm not used to post in blogger.com so maybe this is among the first of perhaps many tries on blog posting. Hope it works even though I had to find ways to adjust pics and text.

Hi, Welcome to my space

I would like to share with you a quote that I have just found today:

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream."
-- Mark Twain. American humorist, writer and lecturer, 1835-1910
