Durian


Durian ni dibeli tak jauh dari rumah Uyin. Dijual dalam longgok. Satu longgok ada lah dalam 6 biji. Disebabkan abe awe puji kereta penjual durian tu cantik, kami dapat extra 1 biji lagi.
Durian macam ni biasalah, kebanyakannya dah pecah, tp masih elok. Bila balik, terpaksalah buka kesemuanya, makan mana yang sempat dan selebihnya diletakkan di dalam bekas.

yg ni saya dah kebas selepas amik gambar.. (dan mlmnya sy tak leh tido sbb kepanasan... huhuhu) tu la.. mkn byk sgt. tp petua org tua2 mmg ada utk kurangkan panas mkn durian. kata org, tuang air sejuk ke pangsa durian dan minum.. :)

When I told my sons on Friday afternoon that we were invited to Uyin's birthday party on Sunday , they were very excited. Even on Saturday they keep on asking when are we going to Uyin's house.

I also told them Uyin is a 3 year old girl, not a boy. That was when I heard Awe asking yiyi, hmm does Uyin has an elder sister? :D I laughed and told him noo... but there should be some other girls around hehehehe

Chocolate cake on Sunday



My sons asked me to bake them a chocolate cake. And this time I'd like to put some strawberries on top :)

Simple Choc. Cake Recipe for Faizah :)
Note :
Sebenarnya resipi ni kak umi cedok dari internet gak, tapi tak ingat dari siapa hehe.. kalu tuannya terbaca, kredit untuk tuan punya resipi lah. tapi ada yang kak umi ubah sikit2 contohnya kurangkan gula (kerana krim coklat tu dah manis, takut terlebih manis nanti) dan juga kak umi lebihkan susu.

BAHAN:

bahan A
250 gm butter
210 gm gula kastor/halus
5 biji telur ayam

bahan B
210 gm tepung gandum ]
1 sudu teh baking powder ] ayak bersama
50 gm serbuk koko
80 ml susu segar/fresh milk

CARA:
1. Pukul butter dan gula sehingga gebu/kembang
2. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul lagi.
3. Masukkan tepung yg diayakkan diselangselikan dengan susu.
4. Kacau rata dan masukkan kedalam acuan.
5. Bakar dalam suhu 180'C selama 50 - 60 minit.
6. Sejukkan dan jika suka tuangkan coklat cream icing.

Cream Coklat
250 gm cooking coklat
1 sudu besar majerin
1/2 cawan fresh cream/whipping cream

Cara:
1. Cairkan cooking coklat secara double-boil.
2. Angkat dari air panas tadi dan masukkan fresh cream/whipping cream dan majerin dan kacau sehingga sebati.
3. Tuangkan atas kek. Hiaskan mengikut citarasa masing2.

I like to try out tom yam and soup from different stalls or restaurants. As a working mum, sometimes it's easier to buy food than to cook. It will save me a lot of time to do other chores at home.

From Jalan Jelatek, turn right into Jalan Setiawangsa and drive straight until you come to this roundabout. as you can see, the Duke (Duta-Ulu Klang Expressway) highway is in progress. Apartment in view is Mawar Sari.
