Last night I tried out new recipe on pandan muffins. I did add more liquid (milk) than in the recipe. and the results, overflowing (just like mushroom) shape muffins with the sweet, soft texture that reminds me of something. yeahh.. texture just like the KR muffin.. ahaa..
there are plain and there are muffins with choc chips

pandan cedap kan wani? paling k umi suka, kek chiffon pandan.. yum yumm.. sekali makan, mau abis stgh biji kot :p
